Kim-Anh is a bilingual Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 10 years of experience in project management, web technologies, and user experience design. She possesses a unique combination of technology, business, and creative skills.

Her experience includes project management in technical, business, and creative teams; website, e-commerce, and web application development; software quality assurance and release management.

She brings valuable experience from having worked with industry-leading creative and business teams, including several years as a project manager at San Francisco-based Hotwire Inc. Kim-Anh has also worked at a number of prominent technology firms in the Ottawa area, including Nortel Networks, Mitel Networks, Macadamian Technologies, and Corel Corporation.

Kim-Anh graduated magna cum laude from the University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Management, majoring in Management Information Systems.
